Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PaddockPal app and services (“Service”), operated by Little Games Limited, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental/legal guardian consent if under 18) and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

You agree to use PaddockPal solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You must not misuse the Service, submit false information, infringe on any third-party rights, or reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service’s operations.

2. No Veterinary Advice

The Service provides general guidance based on equine care principles and weather data. It is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice and is not a medical device. You are solely responsible for all care decisions, and must consult a qualified vet for any health-related concerns.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access some features, you must register for an account using accurate and current information. You are responsible for your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.

4. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect and process personal data including horse records, user preferences, and app usage details. Data is stored securely using Firebase and managed according to ourPrivacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to this processing and have rights under UK GDPR, including access and deletion.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and technology within PaddockPal, including the logo, interface, and codebase, is the property of Little Games Limited. You must not copy, reproduce, or reuse any part of the app without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of fitness or accuracy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful, such as for death or injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including lost data, lost profits, or injury to animals or property arising from the use of the Service.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Little Games Limited and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material updates will be communicated via the app or by email. Continued use after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. You agree to try to resolve any issue with us informally before initiating legal proceedings.
